REMIEPartners

Our partners

The teams we stand alongside.

REMIE works closely with a small, deliberate set of partners, each one chosen because of what they add to the work we deliver for Australian teams.

Workspace partner

Common Ground

Common Ground is the Philippines' flexible-workspace network, with locations across Makati, Pasig, Quezon City, and a growing Southeast Asian footprint. Their positioning, 'ambition lives here', sits alongside ours: better work happens when people have a serious place to do it.

REMIE's Manila HQ runs out of a Common Ground location. We started at their Ortigas IBP tower, and we've since moved to their flagship Digital Park space in BGC McKinley Hill, a premium mixed-use precinct that better fits where the company is heading. It's where our internal team (operations, onboarding, training, IT) sits day-to-day, and where Remies come together for collaboration, coaching, and the structured side of their week.

For Australian clients, that means your Remie isn't working from a bedroom or a hot café. They've got professional infrastructure, reliable connectivity, and a team around them, in one of Manila's most established business districts. The same standard you'd expect from any business you're trusting with your work.

What they bring

  • Flagship Common Ground space at Digital Park, McKinley Hill, BGC
  • A physical home for the team, not a distributed bedroom-office model
  • Network of locations across Southeast Asia as REMIE scales with our clients

Fractal logo

Strategic care economy partner

Fractal

Fractal is a practice-led studio building in the care economy: Australia's healthcare, aged care, and disability services sectors, and the workforce policy that shapes them. Their model is unusual: they co-found operating ventures alongside founders, structure capital pathways to back them, and stay past the first round. Less advisory, more operating partner.

REMIE and Fractal share a working thesis: workforce-intensive care models need reliable, culturally-integrated talent pipelines the same way digital health ventures need cloud infrastructure. Our collaboration runs across four pillars: co-creating ventures together, embedding REMIE's workforce into Fractal's portfolio companies, supporting Australia–Philippines market development, and exchanging the networks either side can open.

For Australian healthcare clients, that means REMIE doesn't operate in isolation. We sit beside a studio with deep care economy domain expertise, established government relationships through Austrade and the Philippine Consulate General, and a portfolio of ventures designed around embedded workforce from day one rather than retrofitted later. The first thing we're co-creating: NurseSpace, REMIE's nursing platform, with Fractal's market positioning and capital strategy.

What they bring

  • Deep expertise across healthcare, aged care, and disability services
  • Co-founded ventures, not advisory hours
  • Capital strategy and investor positioning for serious builds
  • Established relationships with Austrade and the Philippine Consulate General
  • Portfolio ventures designed around embedded workforce from day one
